One of the coolest walks in Harajuku, Tokyo will be found in and around Takeshita Street. There is a huge variety of cafes, fashion boutiques, restaurants, gift shops and more to be had. Given Harajuku is the fashion capital of Japan, everything is very trendy and usually uniquely decorated.
I love walking around in the busy streets of Harajuku and this location is no exception. While I do prefer my landscape nature landscape photography, diving into some street photo opportunities in Japan is like shooting fish in a barrel. You are constantly surrounded by so many people and so much stuff in general. It is always quite the spectacle and I hope to be able to return here soon.
